Orders and Payments
When you place an order on tinysip.shop, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. TinySip currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for customers in Pakistan.
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 4 days depending on the customer’s location. Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
TinySip reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if incorrect information is provided, if the product becomes unavailable, or if there is any issue with the order.
Shipping and Delivery
TinySip delivers products within Pakistan only. Shipping is free for nearby areas, while a delivery charge of 300 PKR may apply for farther locations.
Our delivery team manages the shipping process to ensure products reach customers safely. If there is a delay in delivery, customers will be informed in advance.
In rare cases where an order is lost during delivery, TinySip will arrange to send the same order again without additional cost to the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their product, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Returns may also be accepted if the product arrives damaged or if the wrong item is delivered.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through bank transfer after verification. Customers who paid using Cash on Delivery will also receive their refund through bank transfer after confirmation via call or email.
Customers may request to exchange their serum for another product within the return period, but shipping charges will apply for exchanges.

TinySip works to provide accurate information and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions or errors. By using our website, you agree that TinySip is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses resulting from the use of the website or products.
